To report a streetlight outage to FPL, you can use one of the following methods:
1. Online Reporting:
Access the FPL Streetlight reporting page and complete the form with details about the streetlight (including the identification number from the pole) and the outage.
2. Phone Reporting:
Dial FPL’s streetlight issues number at 1-800-226-3545.
For dangerous conditions like downed power lines, call 1-800-4-OUTAGE (1-800-468-8243).
3. City Assistance:
Contact the City of Naples at 239-213-5000, or use their Request Tracker for assistance with reporting.
Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for FPL to address the issue.
In case of emergencies, dial 911.
To report a maintenance issue, please log into the Residents Only website, then navigate to 'Maintenance Request' under the 'Resident' menu item. Click the 'Add Work Order' button, then filll out and submit the form.
