COMMUNITY ACCESS / SECURITY

Welcome to the Naples Reserve Gate House, managed by St. Moritz Security Services, where our commitment is to provide a safer community and enhance security for all residents and guests. We are proud to introduce our advanced software system, ZUUL which revolutionizes how residents and guests access our secured perimeter, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.


With ZUUL in place, residents can easily maintain the security of our community, as it acts as a robust barrier, preventing unauthorized visitors from bypassing any security checkpoint. We are dedicated to upholding the safety and well-being of everyone within our community through the continuous use of cutting-edge technology like ZUUL.


For residents, the Resident Lane is exclusively for vehicles with RFID windshield stickers for quick access. This lane does not allow entry via FOBs or Guest Passes. 


Guests, on the other hand, will use the dedicated Guest Lane and will be assisted by our Security Staff, who will utilize the ZUUL Access System to verify guest access.


Using the ZUUL mobile app to provide access to your visitors and guests:

  • You may add friends, family and guests to your  Pre-Approved list. This will allow them to simply mention your name and show a valid Driver’s License to the security guard at the gate to gain entry.  For subsequent entries they will only need to provide their name.
  • You may also add service providers, vendors and delivery to your Pre-Approved list, leaving the phone number blank. This will instruct the security guard to always check ID before admitting them.
  • You may edit or delete Pre-Approved passes at any time via the app.
  • If desired, you may also use the ZUUL app to create and send via SMS a temporary pass, good for a one-time  entry during a specified date and period of time (3-24 hours).  Please note that you must first add the recipient to the app's contacts list with a valid phone number,  and  also check the "Send Pass Via SMS" box for the pass to be usable.  Also note that the "Recurring" type of temporary pass has been disabled by Naples Reserve.


To get started with ZUUL, residents need to set up their own personalized security authorization profile. You can do this by downloading the ZUUL application from the links provided below:

  • Android (Samsung, etc.)
  • iOS (iPhone)


Once you have downloaded the app:

  • All Naples Reserve residents should have received an email with a temporary password to use for account setup. If you don’t have the email, please contact the Naples Reserve Management office to receive a temporary password. 
  • After opening the app and signing in for the first time, you will be prompted to create a new  password (please note that special characters are limited to !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *). 
  • Once confirmed, you can proceed to set up your profile.
  • With your secure profile in place, you can utilize ZUUL to create your pre-approved guest list, import your contacts, and generate passes for your visitors.
