We are proud to introduce our advanced software system, ZUUL which revolutionizes how residents and guests access our secured perimeter, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
With ZUUL in place, residents can easily maintain the security of our community, as it acts as a robust barrier, preventing unauthorized visitors from bypassing any security checkpoint. We are dedicated to upholding the safety and well-being of everyone within our community through the continuous use of cutting-edge technology like ZUUL.
For residents, the Resident Lane is exclusively for vehicles with RFID windshield stickers for quick access. This lane does not allow entry via FOBs or Guest Passes.
Guests, on the other hand, will use the dedicated Guest Lane and will be assisted by our Security Staff, who will utilize the ZUUL Access System to verify guest access.
