You can log on to view association documents or make or schedule association assessment payments.

While logging on, you have the option to "Keep Me Signed In' by clicking the check box.
Once you are logged on, select an option from the Dashboard page.

The FirstService Residential Connect Resident Portal has replaced your former KW secure resident portal.
It’s important to note that Prior to March 31, 2025, your balance may not reflect prepayments and/or balance dues. These transactions have been accounted for and your balance will be adjusted after the transition has been completed.
If you have not yet registered to your new Resident Portal, please follow these three simple steps:
Step 1: Click on “RESIDENTS” from the menu at the top of this page. This will take you to https://naplesreservehoa.connectresident.com.
Step 2: Scroll down to Resident Access and select the option to Create Account.
Step 3: You may register with both your mobile phone number and email address

NOTE: If you experience issues trying to create an account, please make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled. If you are using an iPhone or iPad, you can disable the pop-up blocker by visiting SETTINGS, then select your internet browsing app (likely Safari), then make sure “Block Pop-ups” is deselected.
If you forget your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the Resident Login page to retrieve it.
If you are using Internet Explorer, make sure you add https://www.naplesreservehoa.com to trusted sites.
If you experience any issues on the Residents Only site with pages not loading correctly or missing documents, you may want to try a 'hard reset' of your browser by following the instructions below (depending on which type of device you are using):

After you perform the hard refresh, you should see the web page go blank, and the reloading process will take longer than usual. That’s because the browser is re-downloading all of the data and images on the site.
