Whether you're looking to host a large private event, want something to occupy the quieter moments of your day, or need a little physical exertion, look no further than our Outrigger Activities Center.
Residents can reserve and rent the Outrigger, which has an occupancy capacity of 76. Reservations are made through the activity director, whose office is located in the Fitness Center.
Books, movies, and puzzles can be borrowed from our lending libraries.
Water sports equipment and bicycles can be borrowed from behind the Outrigger for those interested in outdoor exercise opportunities.

- No License: Complete any approved online boating safety course and provide proof of completion to the HOA Office.
- Once the license requirements are verified by the HOA Office, you will be scheduled for an orientation, conducted on Wednesdays, on the Pontoon Boat, and must sign a liability waiver.
- After passing the orientation, to use the Pontoon Boat, you may check-in at the Amenities Stand behind the Outrigger Building during usage hours on a first-come first-served basis.

If you need a place to host a private event, look no further than the Outrigger Activities Center. Residents may reserve and rent the Outrigger, decorate as they wish and may also bring their own food and beverages (non-alcoholic only please!) on days that the restaurant is closed.
