Owners in Naples Reserve are welcome to make changes to their home's exterior or landscaping to enhance their casually awesome lifestyle. Our Design Review Committee (DRC) ensures that prospective projects conform to HOA requirements, keep within the Coastal Cottage theme of Naples Reserve, and maintain the beauty of the community.
Detailed information and forms are available in the DRC Handbook (see list of documents below) . If you have any questions, please contact the DRC at drc@naplesreservehoa.com
Homeowners are allowed to paint the exterior of their homes with DRC approval. Exterior paint color selection must stay within the color scheme grouping the home's builder offers. A color scheme from a different builder may not be used. Please search the home builder's color pallet available in the DRC Handbook.
Here in Naples Reserve, our community's focal point is our 125-acre Eagle Lake, 1-mile rowing lane, and 22 private lakes. Some of the homes on Eagle Lake and the rowing lane can build floating docks. The DRC process helps eligible homeowners with the approval of this project. Please review the Dock procedures and forms located in the DRC Handbook.
Homeowners who enjoy gardening may plant annuals within established plant beds as long as they do not interfere with lawn maintenance. Annuals may not be planted on berms, swales, HOA common areas, or near utility boxes. Other landscape plantings must be "Florida Friendly" and approved by the DRC. Visit https://ffl.ifas.ufl.edu to learn about Florida-Friendly landscaping.
Naples Reserve complies with Florida Statute 720.304(2)(a) regarding the display of portable, removable flags. Only the United States flag, the State of Florida's official flag and US military organizations, and the POW-MIA flag may be displayed.
Homeowners desiring to install a flagpole to display flags consistent with Florida Statutes must obtain DRC approval.
